At Genistar we strive to provide excellent service and treat all our customers fairly. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our service in all areas.
Please take a few minutes to participate in our short customer satisfaction survey to help us better understand your experience with us.
As a token of appreciation for participating in the survey, you will be entered into a prize draw to win a £50 Amazon gift e-voucher.
Your responses will be completely anonymous, and your honest input will help us identify areas where we can improve and better serve you and all our clients.

Prize draws will be held at the end of each quarter in 2024.
Q1: Jan 1st to March 31st
Q2: Apr 1st to June 30th
Q3: July 1st to Sept 30th
Q4: Oct 1st to December 31st
Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
Entries received after the stated closing date will be valid for the following quarter.
The prize draw is open to all clients who complete the Genistar Limited customer satisfaction survey.
Only one entry per person is allowed.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on the first day of each financial quarter in 2024.
The prize is one £50 Amazon gift voucher.
The winner will be contacted via email within 7 days of the draw and must respond within 14 days to claim the prize.
