The Role
The selected candidate will deliver comprehensive administrative support within the Field Service Department. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, as the individual will be responsible for verifying critical information, such as right-to-work checks, and independent business applications and associated documentation. Strong communication skills, particularly a professional phone manner, are essential. Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support with administration from approvals, email communication, answering and signposting calls and reviewing file documentation.
Process and validate independent business applications submitted by field representatives, meticulously confirming the accuracy and integrity of all provided information against the required process requirements.
Conduct thorough reviews of right-to-work documentation, ensuring full compliance with current legal requirements, immigration regulations, and relevant legislation.
Process and review bank account approvals in line with AML rules and requirements as well as ID, address approvals.
Communicate any discrepancies or errors identified in applications to field representatives in a constructive and solution-oriented manner, maintaining professional courtesy.
Promptly respond to or escalate enquiries utilising our Zoho ticketing system, ensuring adherence to established response time standards.
Have a good understanding and maintain learning of other company polices such as data protection and anti-bribery and corruption as well as compliance risk management.
Collaborate with the field to create a culture of compliance and always provide an excellent level of customer service and support.
Perform other general administrative duties as and when required and provide support for other department heads when required.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
Excellent IT skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Assertive, polite and articulate with an excellent command of English
A proactive individual who works well under pressure and consistently meets deadlines.
Excellent telephone manner and ability to problem solve.
Displays a strong work ethic and demonstrates extra effort when required.
Must be a team player but also demonstrate an ability to work on their own.
A clear understanding and ability to deal with information that is confidential in line with data protection laws.
